Do I really see the new site before I pay? +
Yes. We build your redesigned site first and send you a private link to review. You only pay if you decide to keep it — the preview is free and creates no obligation.
When does billing start? +
Only when you accept your redesign and choose a plan. Your first payment comes before we make final revisions, connect your domain, and launch — never for simply viewing the preview.
What revisions and updates are included? +
Before launch, we make reasonable adjustments to get it right. After launch, email us to update existing pages — your hours, staff, services, photos, or wording — and we’ll take care of it. We keep it reasonable rather than unlimited; brand-new pages, a major redesign, or new functionality are quoted separately.
What is the included three-year design refresh? +
Active customers are eligible for a refreshed website design every 36 months at no additional charge. We’ll update the look and presentation using your existing website’s content and core structure, then send it to you for review before anything changes. New functionality, substantial new content, or a major expansion can be quoted separately.
What kinds of websites qualify? +
The plan is built for straightforward informational business sites. Online stores, customer portals, custom applications, and unusually complex sites are reviewed individually — they may need a separate quote, or may not be a fit for this plan. Send us your site and we’ll tell you honestly.
Do I keep my domain, content, and email? +
Yes. Your domain name, your original content, and your existing email service all stay yours. We can manage DNS with your permission and protect your email through the switch — and we never take ownership of your domain.
Is there a contract, and what if I cancel? +
The monthly plan is month to month, and you can cancel it at any time with no further monthly obligation. The annual plan is prepaid for one year and is nonrefundable, but you can choose not to renew. The Enterhost-built website is provided while your plan is active. If you would like to take the design to another provider, you can ask to purchase it separately.
Will this get me to the top of Google? +
We build sound technical SEO foundations — clean structure, fast, mobile-friendly, and secure — set up Google Search Console when practical, and can add Google Analytics on request. We don’t sell ongoing SEO campaigns or guarantee rankings.
How does annual billing work? +
Annual is $490 per year — the same plan, billed yearly. Annual payments are nonrefundable, and you can choose not to renew.
