We keep your existing content current — hours, staff, services, photos, and wording. Send us the change and we’ll take care of it.

Major new functionality, substantial expansion, additional pages, or work beyond the included refresh may require a separate quote. We’ll always talk it through with you before any additional work.

Active customers can request an included design refresh after each 36 months of continuous active service, so today’s redesign does not become tomorrow’s outdated site. Eligibility requires continuous service and resets if you cancel. It is not automatic—you review the proposed refresh before anything changes, and the refresh applies to the existing website and its existing scope.

Monthly customers can cancel at any time. Cancellation prevents the next monthly renewal, and there is no further monthly obligation.

Annual payments are nonrefundable. If you cancel an annual plan, it stops the next renewal and your website remains available through the end of the paid annual term.

You keep ownership of your domain, your original content, and your existing email service. We may manage DNS with your permission, but we don’t take ownership of your domain.

The Enterhost-built website is provided while your plan is active. If you cancel, you keep your domain, your original content, and your email — please keep your own copies of anything you supplied, since we aren’t required to package or return it. The Enterhost design, code, layout, and finished website don’t transfer unless you purchase them through a separate agreement.
