Enterhost Achieves Microsoft Gold Competencies for Fifth Consecutive Year
Enterhost continues to demonstrate excellence in Microsoft technologies
FORT WORTH, TEXAS – January 31, 2012 – Enterhost, a web hosting solutions and Microsoft® Windows® application specialist announced it has achieved a renewal of its long-standing status as a Microsoft Partner with dual gold competencies in hosting and desktop. The milestone marks Enterhost’s fifth consecutive year to earn the designation, which is the highest level of membership available as well as the most rigorous status to obtain in the Microsoft Partner Program.
According to Microsoft, “Partners with gold competencies will represent organizations (and associated individuals) who have demonstrated the highest, most consistent capability and commitment within a targeted Microsoft business solution area. Partners who earn the distinction of a gold competency will receive unique benefits to support their business objectives. The gold competencies are reserved for companies who meet Microsoft’s most stringent and demanding partnership requirements. In addition to employing an entirely Microsoft Certified technical support team, Enterhost provides numerous customer references and meets aggressive annual sales goals set by Microsoft.

Microsoft recently changed its partner program requirements making it more difficult to achieve gold competencies. While some worry that these updates will leave smaller solution providers behind, Enterhost took great measures to ensure that all of its technicians passed the Microsoft exams to achieve dual gold competencies in Hosting and Desktop, according to Enterhost company officials.
